CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Please note that once your order has been placed, you can cancel it within 48 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation of order beyond 48 hours will be treated as a Return, and charges for the same will be levied.
If your box has been shipped within 48 hours of placing the order and you have been notified about the same, any cancellation thereafter will be treated as a Return.

CANCELLATION BY THE PINK BOX
Please note that there may be some orders that we may be unable to accept. You will be notified regarding the same.

RETURNS
Since The Pink Box is customized as per the requirements of the customer, we will levy a charge of Rs. 100 per box on return.

REFUND
The refund will be sent to you within 4 weeks of us receiving the returned box, with all of its contents present inside. This would include time taken by us to inspect your returned product, and the time taken by your credit card company/bank to process the payment. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method chosen by you while subscribing to the box.
If you have used an international credit card to make payment, Crimson Fuchsia Retail LLP will not be responsible for any transaction charges on the refund issued. We will only refund the amount displayed in INR on our website. The time taken to process the refund could be up to 7 working days.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case any of the contents in the box are defective or damaged, please get in touch with us within 4 days of receiving the box. After inspecting the condition of the goods, we will process an exchange or refund request. If the product is not found to be defective, we will treat it as a Return Order and charges will be levied accordingly.
Since we seal each and every box before dispatch, kindly do not accept delivery of any box whose seal has been broken.
